Dear Friends of Snowmobiling:

With the formation of the California-Nevada Snowmobile Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit charitable organization, we are now able to support our charity, scholarship, and safety educational programs more effectively. It also allows you more say about where your donation goes and provides a safer tax benefit in return for your donation and support. We are pleased to provide this short report on our activity and we are asking for your help.

During the last few years our three programs, charity, scholarship and education, were run separately and you were asked to support all of them to meet CNSA goals. There were tickets to buy and prizes to acquire to raise money. In years past, we had the support in donated prizes by the manufacturers and dealers, so we were able to donate much more. Last year the scholarship program, through the efforts of the Antique Snowmobile Club, was able to award $500 to a young snowmobiler. The safety and education program has been able to hold safety classes and produce safety materials to promote our sport.
